Chaotic

This image many encountered in almost all parts of our beloved country.
Usually billboard uses a special place, but now the installation of billboards could be put on the wall at home, shop or building in the street, which looks easy road users.

 
This is disturbing beauty of the scenery, the building looks so odd.

 

The government should regulate it, that's one of the functions of government, it seems there is no clear rules, and rules can be negotiable with the money.
